BacDive DOIs and Archive#

Each set of strain data in BacDive is assigned its own DOI, which can be found by clicking the Cite this strain button in the top right corner of the strain detail page.

Click the 'Cite this strain' button to see the DOI associated with this strain data set. Click 'Archive' to see previous versions of this data set.

The BacDive DOIs can be used to refer to specific data sets in BacDive and cite them presistently. When changes are made to data for a strain, a new version of the strain's DOI is generated. Older versions of versions of BacDive data for a specific strain can be found by resolving the respective DOI or by clicking the Archive button.
